I am Fran Lopez Garcia, owner of NederVal Design & Comfort (Chamber of Commerce 98469738, Deventer). I respect your privacy and handle the information you share with me with care. On this page you can read what data I collect and why.
When you fill in the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, phone number, town and what you tell me about your space. If you send photos or a floor plan, I keep those too.
I only use your data to contact you, schedule an appointment, prepare a quote and work out your design. For my accounts I keep invoices for as long as the law requires.
I never share your data with others without your consent, unless required by law. The website and the form run with Places.nl in Nijmegen, who host and manage the website for me.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. Google sees information about your device and how you use the page. This is covered by the Google privacy policy.
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within a year. Data from assignments is kept for as long as necessary for the assignment and my accounts.
This website uses functional cookies needed for the site to work properly, such as remembering your cookie choice and language.
If you give permission, I measure visits with Google Analytics. This shows me which pages are visited, so I can improve the site. I do not share this data with Google for advertising. If you do not give permission, Google Analytics places no cookies. You can always change your choice via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
I don't use cookies to track you for advertising.
You can always ask which data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just send an email to info@nederval.nl. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
